COVID-19: Building Mental Resilience

Promoting & Supporting

Salisbury BID has teamed up with local anxiety specialist, Caroline Cavanagh, to support business leaders and their employees through the mental effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The BID recognise the mental strain people may be feeling as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, so we've teamed up with local anxiety specialist, Caroline Cavanagh, to support business leaders and their employees through these uncertain times.

Employers have a duty of care for their employees and the BID wants to make sure we provide our local business leaders with the tools and guidance they need to be able to effectively support their employees, whilst also dealing with their own challenges.

Our mental resilience programme is made up of a series of webinars, which includes a Q&A session, and Caroline has written guidance specifically aimed at supporting business leaders.
