Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Easter Hamper Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:

– Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the prize draw.

– There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.

– By ticking the giveaway box upon registration of the Easter trail, and completing the entire trail, you are automatically entered into the prize draw. If you wish to remove your entry, please contact info@salisburybid.co.uk

– Giveaway starts at 7am on Wednesday 25th March and closes at 6pm on Wednesday 15th April 2026.

– The winner will be randomly selected via a random number generator.

– The winner will be contacted via email on Thursday 16th April 2025 to claim their Easter Hamper. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Salisbury BID will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in these terms and conditions.

– This is one prize draw with one Easter Hamper up for grabs. The prize is an Easter Hamper filed with treats from Salisbury’s independent businesses. There is no alternative prize or cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable.

– We will not contact anyone before the giveaway closing date/time so please do not respond or engage with any contact prior to this date.

– The winner is responsible for collecting the hamper from the Salisbury BID offices on Brown Street.

– The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

– By entering the prize draw you consent to the use of your personal data by Salisbury BID for the purposes of administration of the prize draw.

– Salisbury BID reserve the right to disqualify fraudulent entries or modify the prize draw in unforeseen circumstances.

– Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
