Back to school shoes with Clarks – book your appointment

21st July 2020

Schools may only just be breaking up for the summer holidays, but Clarks in Salisbury is urging parents to book an appointment to get their children’s school shoes fitted.

With social distancing measures in place, things are taking a little longer than usual, so the quickest and easiest way to get shoes fitted is to book an appointment in advance. This can be done via the Clarks website, by calling the store on 01722 339446 or by popping into store.

Even if you don’t book an appointment, the team at Clarks will still be available for walk-in fittings, however there’s no guarantee how long you may have to wait.

Sarah Capewell, Manager of Clarks on New Canal in Salisbury, said: “We’ve created more space in store to allow extra room for children’s fittings to take place. We also have protective screens, all staff will be wearing PPE and following the COVID Secure guidelines, so parents can be assured we’re doing everything we can to keep our customers and staff safe.

“Most parents leave buying new shoes until the week or two before kids go back to school, however we’re encouraging parents to do this earlier. Our fitters always allow plenty of room for feet to grow into new shoes, so there’s no need to leave it until the last minute to buy them.

“We look forward to safely welcoming parents and children into our store for their fitting appointment.”
