Christmas Market 2018 Tender Invitation

Salisbury BID has opened an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the event delivery of the 2018 Salisbury Christmas Market.

Salisbury Christmas Market is held annually in the Guildhall Square in the centre of Salisbury and runs from late November to late December.

Salisbury Christmas Market was established in 2012 and has grown in a planned and sustainable way from 56 Chalets in 2012 to 76 in 2017. Since 2014, the Christmas Market has been operated by Salisbury BID.

In 2016, Salisbury Christmas Market was nominated by The Telegraph and Trip Advisor as one of the UK’s top Christmas markets and last year attracted over 200,000 visitors.

Salisbury Christmas Market has transformed the heart of our beautiful medieval cathedral city into a winter wonderland with its authentic German Market-style wooden chalets and festive events.

Proudly returning to the historic Guildhall Square for its 7th consecutive year, but for the first time this year Salisbury Christmas Market is to be extended to the High Street and Salisbury Cathedral Close with 95 chalets and stalls.
