Salisbury Christmas Tree Trail sponsorship opportunity

As part of the Christmas in Salisbury offering, Salisbury City Council is planning a Christmas Tree Trail around the city centre.

After a difficult year for everyone, Salisbury City Council hope to make the city feel beautifully dressed and as vibrant as possible within Coronavirus restrictions.

It's hoped that this will help to encourage people into the city to soak up the festive atmosphere and spend money to help businesses with their recovery initiatives.

This activity has been planned so that if there is a national/regional lockdown, residents will still be able to take part and view the displays in a safe and socially distanced manner.

The trail will consist of 12 stunning Christmas trees ranging in size (12ft, 15ft and 20ft). Each will be decorated to a high standard and will follow a festive theme.

Trail maps will be available to pick up from Salisbury Information Centre and to download and print at home.

Sponsorship opportunity

Salisbury City Council is offering sponsorship opportunities for local businesses and organisations.

For £500 you can sponsor a tree and in return you will receive:

• Printed banner with your company logo/artwork on the picket fence surrounding the tree
• Your logo included on the Christmas Tree Trail map (5,000 printed copies and will be available to download from both the Salisbury City Council and the Christmas in Salisbury website)
• Logo on dedicated Christmas Tree Trail page on www.christmasinsalisbury.co.uk (2019 website stats: 48,000 unique visitors, 65,000 sessions and 152,000 page views)
• Social media coverage during the trail, including a spotlight on your tree and acknowledgement of your sponsorship
• A digital and printed professional photograph of your sponsored tree
• Opportunity to provide a 2 line paragraph of why you chose to sponsor the tree or a message for the city residents that we can use
