Next week Wilding will be hosting the first Salisbury Indies social event. We are getting together for a relaxed, informal gathering. The event will be hosted by Wilding on Thursday 23rd June at 5:30pm.
Every independent is welcome. This will be an opportunity to meet other indies in the city, find out what's happening and discuss ideas as well as give potential feedback and ideas.

Indies Week is fast approaching, and we are preparing to get our City of Independents noticed! Supported by Salisbury BID, Indies will be going live on Instagram, creating promotional offers, original content posts, and more. Experience Salisbury will also be promoting independent businesses during indies week via blogs, social media posts and press releases.

They’re back! Due to their success last year, for 2022 we have a brand-new tote bag to celebrate our City of Independents. Salisbury BID has once again funded the production of a stylish cotton tote shopping bag, with the Salisbury branding, which will be given to businesses to give away FREE with any purchase over £20.

Salisbury BID has arranged for our city’s independent businesses to benefit from a share of £8,000 of free marketing from Love Salisbury Radio from July. Businesses that sign up will have their own script and advert recorded that will be played at least 48 times. Love Salisbury will also be promoting all Indies, and everything they have to offer, throughout the week on the radio and through social media.

For the first time, during Indies Week 2022, we are encouraging Indie business owners to swap roles with another independent business in Salisbury. This is your chance to spend a day in the life of another business.
This is an opportunity to promote your business via our social media channels, on Experience Salisbury and through the local media.
