City Ranger Service

Salisbury BID fund a full time City Ranger as a visible and proactive presence on the streets.

Meet Andy, the BID's City Ranger. He works on the ground to respond to business' operational issues, provide business crime support, address maintenance issues, and help to enhance the appearance of our city.

Andy is on the city’s radio link, so he’s in communication with the CCTV control room, the Police, the City Centre's Security Officers, shops and venues to share intelligence and tackle business crime. He also provides businesses with training on how to effectively use their city radio.

And of course, Andy assists our visitors to the city with any help, guidance or direction they may require.
